Section 1 – Scope & Provider
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all contractual relationships
between W & O Real Estate & Spaces GmbH, Prenzlauer Allee 7, 10405 Berlin,
operator of “P7 Global Office Berlin”, and its customers. Any deviating terms and conditions of the
customer shall apply only with written confirmation.
Section 2 – Description of Services
Depending on the package booked, the provider makes available virtual offices, business addresses, mail handling and
scanning services, coworking workstations, day offices, meeting rooms, seminar rooms
and event spaces. The provider owes solely the
provision of the infrastructure, not economic success.
Section 3 – Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded by online booking, written offer and acceptance,
confirmation by email, or payment of the first fee. The customer confirms the
accuracy of all information provided.
Section 4 – Prices, Billing & SEPA Direct Debit
Payment monthly in advance by SEPA direct debit via GoCardless.
Returned direct debit fee €8.50 + bank charges. Outstanding amounts may be collected again
. In the event of late payment: suspension of services and possible termination.
Section 5 – Mail Handling Service
Acceptance: letters, small parcels, registered mail. No parcels, express shipments, cash on delivery, or
bulky goods. Forwarding once per week. Collection or immediate forwarding only by
prior arrangement. No liability for delays or damage caused by external delivery providers.
Undeliverable items will be returned. The scanning service is carried out regularly, but
not in real time. Storage: 30 days.
Section 6 – Use of the Rooms
Opening hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00, additional times as per the booking system.
Cancellations outside the deadline: 50% of the price. The customer is liable for damages.
Standard cleaning included; special cleaning will be charged. No liability for
cloakroom and valuables. Maximum number of persons according to legal
requirements.
Section 7 – House Rules
Food and drinks are permitted. Smoking only outside in marked areas. Pets
are prohibited, except for thematically appropriate events with permission. Disturbing
other users is prohibited. The provider may remove persons from the premises.
Section 8 – Video Surveillance
The entrance area and parts of the ground floor are under video surveillance. No
surveillance of coworking areas or meeting rooms. Recordings are
stored and deleted in compliance with GDPR.
Section 9 – Customer Obligations & Prohibition of Misuse
Prohibited: illegal activities, fake shops, sham companies, use of the address for third parties,
mail for third parties, private parcels. In case of violation: immediate contract termination,
notification of authorities, and suspension of services.
Section 10 – Limitation of Liability
The provider shall be liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to
cardinal obligations and typical damages. No liability for lost
profit, data loss, or valuables. The customer is liable for all damages caused by them or their
guests.
Section 11 – Final Provisions
German law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Changes to the GTC will be communicated via email
and are considered accepted after 14 days, provided no objection is made.
Invalid clauses do not affect the remaining provisions.
